TOURS
Activities:
The bought of Find Me Another Lisbon activities ensure to our clients what is indicated on the online page of each activity. Any extra is not included and it will be the client’s responsibility.
Booking:
The bookings will only be valid if done 24 hours before the activity. Bookings can be made by email through info@findmeanotherlisbon.com by using the booking form in the website www.findmeanotherlisbon.com or by phone through the numbers +351 917 845 499. Bookings will be confirmed by Find Me Another Lisbon taking into account its availability.
Minimum number of participants:
The minimum number of participants in the activities is indicated on the online page of each activity on www.findmeanotherlisboncom. Activities can take place with a lower number of participants since the minimum number of participants is paid.
Payment:
Payment is made in Euros.
Cancellations:
Can be made until 72 hours before the activity at no cost to the client. After this period the customer have to support the total cost of the activity. This value must be transferred to Find Me Another Lisbon before the day of the tour. Cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the address: info@findmeanotherlisbon.com
Liability:
The liability regime complies with the general principles of law. Luggage is the responsibility of the client, who must ensure their safety.
Notes:
Some monuments are closed on Mondays, Easter Holidays, 1st of January, 1st of May and 25th of December.
Entrance in monuments on these days is not guaranteed.
Apartments
Booking:
Only booking requests made 3 days in advance are considered. Reservations are only guaranteed after receipt of payment. In the case of bank transfers, it is necessary to send proof up to 24 hours before the date of the service.
Cancellations:
Can only be made 30 days before day of check-in
Security deposit:
The deposit is delivered on the day of check-in and returned 2 days after check-out by bank transfer to confirm that everything is in good condition.
